In October, the CEO of Estera Medical, Pavla Hrabánková, travelled to Istanbul to take part in an advanced training programme focused on the rapidly developing field of regenerative aesthetics. As part of Estera Medical’s commitment to supporting its partners, we invited Romana Škamlová, owner of IEM Spa and one of the company’s valued clients, to join this educational journey.
Together they explored the latest insights in regenerative treatments and gained direct access to practical demonstrations that are shaping the future of aesthetic medicine.
The programme offered a rare opportunity to observe the clinical use of exosomes during real procedures performed by an experienced plastic surgeon. Seeing exosome therapy in action provided a deeper understanding of how this technology enhances skin healing, reduces inflammation and improves the outcomes of modern aesthetic treatments. The training confirmed the growing importance of exosomes as a key element in natural, effective skin regeneration.
A significant part of the Istanbul programme focused on Morphiya and its innovative Hybrosome technology, a next-generation regenerative system that combines bioengineered exosomes with nutrient-rich liposomes. This advanced concept supports deeper and more efficient skin renewal and represents a highly physiological approach to regenerative skin care.
For Estera Medical, bringing Romana Škamlová along reflected the company’s philosophy. To offer its clients not only high-quality products but also access to the newest knowledge, hands-on experience and meaningful professional development. Understanding how regenerative technologies perform in real clinical settings enables Estera Medical to guide its partners with confidence, accuracy and genuine care.
The Istanbul training brought inspiration, practical insights and new ideas that Estera Medical is now ready to share with clinics. The journey perfectly illustrates the company’s dedication to innovation, education, skin health and long-term regenerative wellbeing.
